LOBBY & SHELL IMPROVEMENTS

Originally built in the 1960’s, the 60,000 sf, three-story (plus lower level) building is located in the heart of Sacramento’s highly desirable urban core.  The building is within walking distance to many Downtown entertainment venues, hotels and emerging developments to include the Golden 1 Center, DOCO – Downtown Commons, the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel, and The Railyard.

The landmark building boasts 16 to 20 plus foot ceilings and generous windows cover fifty percent of the walled space adorning each of the buildings above ground floors allowing for natural lighting and showcase the buildings contemporary sleek design.

Extensive renovations include new VRF HVAC system, new electrical service, TPO roof overlay, exterior storefront modifications, and the creation of new elevator lobbies and finishes. The all-concrete structure also required steel structure and concrete slab infills at multiple floors at the removed escalator locations.
