State-of-the-art new headquarters for Capital Public Radio’s broadcast and production services as well as administration offices. The first generation 30,000 (sf) tenant improvement occupies the top two floors of the building with 360-degree views of downtown Sacramento.

The construction motif features a modern and open layout with interior glass partitions, sliding glass doors, open wood grille ceilings, luminated soffits, and multiple quaint venues for huddle discussions and collaboration. Improvements also include (10) new sound-proof studios accompanied by (5) sound-proof control rooms. Other amenities include a new internal decorative stair and adjacent bleacher seating to facilitate staff interaction, multiple breakrooms and coffee bars, and several conference rooms.
