Aircraft Hangar Expansion

LOCATION: McClellan Park, CA

Located at McClellan Park, this privately-owned hanger was designed to showcase and house the owner’s expansive collection of restored, rare, and historic WWII aircraft.

The project expansion includes a 31,000 sf. new hangar, 7,400 sf. of office space, and 4,500 sf. of temperature-controlled vehicle storage.  Architecture includes white cement board finish concrete tilt walls with industrial metal windows, three motorized glazed hangar doors, exterior metal panel and standing-seam metal roof, and architectural exposed steel columns and custom trusses.
