Maven on 5th is a multi-family housing complex located south of downtown Sacramento in the middle of the highly sought urban community, Mill at Broadway.  The development includes eight, three- and four-story apartment buildings totaling 231,000 sf. on a 6.67-acre site.

Rich with architectural character, Maven on 5th is comprised of 252 modern-style apartments featuring primarily 1- and 2-bedroom units.  In addition, the complex includes a 5,900 sf. clubhouse / amenity building with adjacent pool, spa and barbecue area for residents.

The building gross floor areas range from 20,000 – 43,000 sf. with exterior veneers consisting mainly of painted stucco with highlights of corrugated metal panel, composite shingle roofing, and communal stairwells.
