This project consists of a two-story, 24-phase, occupied remodel totaling 37,136 square feet at Sutter Medical Plaza in Roseville. Careful and precise phasing is required to maintain continuous clinic operations while modernizing medical spaces throughout the facility.
The scope includes tenant improvements supporting laboratory services, family medicine, pediatrics, rheumatology, and future internal medicine spaces. Additional improvements include staff breakroom reconfiguration and remodel, new security camera installations, and associated parking lot and ADA upgrades.
The project also features a comprehensive refresh of existing medical office suites and exam rooms throughout the building, including new flooring, paint, casework, LED lighting, and wall-mounted exam room sinks. First- and second-floor common areas are being updated with new paint and LED lighting, along with restroom remodels, with the addition of new flooring on the second floor. Collectively, these improvements create a cohesive, modernized care environment aligned with Sutter Health’s standards for functionality, safety, and an enhanced patient-centered experience.
